Meet Rocky!

Rocky is a 4 year old parakeet that has lived around another bird for most of his life. He has not actually lived with another bird in the same cage though and do not know how he would do in that situation. He is fairly chatty and likes to tweet back and forth with his neighbor! We are not entirely sure if he is actually a boy though!
